The power of the mind is crazy, only no one really makes use of it because they don't know they can. Yet we do it all the tme without being aware. Talking to the right person here!!

Oh, absolutely, I do. We are capable of much more than we give ourselves credit for. We are taught to inhibit our thinking, that is the only way we can be kept "in line". Those who are freethinkers and those who think "outside the norm" are labelled as "weird". Hence the ever present fads people go through, such as "being emo". When we are young we are disciplined to behave a certain way and to think a certain way, if you do not follow orders, you are punished. Have you ever met an artist (be it a poet or painter or songwriter)? They are so not normal, they are brilliant. Sometimes that genius can be used to manipulate others into doing bad things, but for the most part, it is the genesis of so many beautiful things we would not otherwise have. Read the book "Anthem" by Ayn Rand, it is the story of one man who refuses to be like everyone else and to escape the prison of boundaries set up by "the masses" telling everyone what is acceptable. It is a very good read, and it's not too long or boring. It will help you to understand this topic very well. Hope this helps you, good luck!

Of course! We only use a small percentage of our brains. And I truly believe that in a dozen or so generations we will use slightly more, and then slightly more after that. We are slowly evolving.

But saying that, if big brother and jeremy kyle continue to brainwash the masses of this country, the exact opposite could happen.

There is nothing "hidden" to the mind. We use 100% of our brain throughout our lives, making connections and generally experiencing life. That is the real miracle.
