Sleep at 3am ... wake up by 2pm...

First of all there is no exact timing to say I am up early or late. You get up on time if you have a job to go to. On the other hand, you sleep till late in weekends if you don't have anything to do. It is more of a personal issue rather than being very general.

I work nights so I usually won't go to bed until 9 in the morning. However on days off I will end up waking up naturally at like 3 in the morning, then I will take a nap during the day, only to be up all night.
I hate my days off work.

I dont sleep much or well and I get up early and go to bed late.
