Well if 8000 is supposed to be a port the correct address would be
http://rabotaeu.net:8000/
if you skip the : it wont work!
Anytime you want to connect to a port besides port 80 you have to include the :portnumber

Try removing the "8000" to get to the domain. The page is not found and probably spam.
