Houston is a big place, Jesus. The East End places get hopping around 9 pm and you can try Wayside at McCarty for a large Hispanic pool hall with lots of women.
Westheimer and Richmond on the west side of Chimney Rock to Gesner has a lot of clubs that will cost you some bucks. They get going on Thursday nights at about the same time and get pretty crazy. But there are lots of places there to have fun from bars to open air bands.

Go to 61 Reisner Street, downtown.
You'll need to yell out the code phrase, "Hey Pig!" to get the attention of the cool people there.
