Pro life or Pro death
Im pro life :D

Its funny how they word it. The implications of pro choice mean you are neither for it nor against it. But the fact that it is pro the womans choice really means you are pro murder if that makes sense. As abortion advocates womans choice. Murder Murder Murder.

Quite sad. I posted a question on it. So many hhorrible abortion pictures and people think its funny. It is so obvious its a human being. Abortion stops someone from living their life and by definition that is murder, conventioanl murder prevents sum1 from living and this is no different. Im 16 and i know that, gosh some people.

Then there are those ppl taht say its becuz of rape and incest. Only 1 percent of abortions are because of that. So they can stop using that as an excuse. Some also say it should be legal as to stop the number of illegal and unsafe abortions. Well 26million are done legally and still 20 million illegally so it hasnt helped tooo much

whats the world comming 2

I always thought I was pro-life but when it is someone close to you that is considering an abortion and you know the circumstances the lines get blurred. Sometimes an abortion is the lesser of 2 evils, but I know that I couldn't have one as I would die inside from the guilt.

You see, my friend had a stepdaughter who was 15 and had gotten herself pregnant. This girl was very immature, more like a 6 year old at times if you spoke to her. The girls father as her only parent made the decision that the pregnancy should be terminated and took the girl for an abortion. At the time I was discussed with him for doing that to his only daughter and discussed with my friend (who was also pregnant) for allowing it without second thought. But then I thought about this girl, and her life so far and I realised, if this girl had a child there was a high chance of her becoming mentally unstable and killing the child and then herself. It was then I realised that her father was trying to protect his daughter from herself and was acting in her best interests. When my friend's baby was born, a half-sister to the girl, the girl kept trying to harm the baby, had the child have been hers she would almost certainly have killed it within days of birth. For that girl to have an abortion was in my mind the lesser of two evils, 2 lives could have been lost instead of one.

In Great Britain, Abortions can be had up to 24 weeks gestation, however I have met infants who were born at 23 and 24 weeks, They are living, breathing, feeling individuals and no-one will ever convince me that an unborn child has no knowledge of what is going on. I have also seen a baby born at 20 weeks, she was beautiful, transparent but beautiful - she died because technology could not save her, the irony is she was wanted even though her mother was only 15, the mother was so pro-life but in a cruel twist of fate her child could not live more than a few minutes in this world - that beautiful baby would be almost 10 now had the technology been able to keep her alive.

hmmm interesting point I'm against abortion unless the pregnancy is potentially dangerous to the mother i just think its a life that is completely defenceless and that is why "we" should fight to preserve it. I'm also for abortion for rape victims it depends there are allot of variables i think and its hard to answer directly. I did take a girl to an abortion though don't get me wrong it wasn't mine i was just doing her a favour i sorta went with the intention of talking her out of it, if she showed any sign of doubt about it but she didn't so i shut my mouth. I do think people have a choice that's what i think life is all about i all ways say everyone has choices in life but it doesn't all ways mean people make the right one. I haven't been exposed to many children growing up but my mate has two kids 4-5 and the first one wasn't planned and sometimes i wonder imagine if they had an abortion she wouldn't exist they are so beautiful and i think when people have abortions that is what they are "killing" sorry to use such a harsh word that's all i could think of.

I am pro-choice and am for the war.
I'm not for people dying, however, who are we to take away any woman's ability to have an abortion. It should be a personal choice for each woman, not a choice someone else should make for her.

As for the war, I think that the troops should be smart about their battles to save as many casualties as we can. I don't want our soldiers to die, however, it is much better that we're fighting the wars over in the Middle East rather than on our own soil.

Shall we not forget 9/11
I haven't.

I'm pro-choice..especially in cases of rape and incest. Abortion should never be used as a form of birth control..EVER..but if someone were to rape me why should I be forced to carry out that pregnancy? I don't believe that anybody has the right to tell women what they can and can't do with their own bodies.

It'a fallacy to compary war with abortion. Drawing parallels from one point to another is always possible in some way, but that doesn't make it correct. What is NEVER correct is for the emotional people to go in and think that they can decide about what other people should think or not concerning thier own lives. War concerns everybody. Abortion only one.

Don't take away peoples freedom of choice by making the choice for them.

Personally for myself, I'm pro life. However, I believe there should be a choice. I believe that if you can commit murder and be okay with it its between you, your conscience and God.... I'd like to think that God will understand why......

I'm for the war. I'd rather be fighting on their land and not in my backyard. I wish we didn't have to fight, but we do. War is a necessary evil and has been since the dawn of civilization.....

If we don't stop the terrorists and those who choose to look the other way the world we are leaving our children is going to be even more war-torn..... We need to be strong in our convictions and bold with our actions if we ever want peace to come of this.....

I grew up in an Army family. My father is Retired and a Vietnam Vet. My youngest brother is currently in Basic Training. I know I may loose him when he's deployed to the Mid-east. But he's going so my daughter can go to the playground and swing letting the wind blow in her hair letting the little fly-aways tickle her neck while she laughs and giggles to be pushed up to the clouds. He's going so one day the daughter he may have can do the same without fear aswell.

You are right people are dying...but, I am pro choice only because I think if the mother was raped or if there is a serious medical problem that the she should have a choice. Only in this way should it be used.
