The Greek gods have two gods of war (Ares and Athena). Every god in the Norse pantheon is a god of war. Additionally, the Olympians lived in a veritable paradise compared to the Aesir (Aesir being the Nordic gods); soft living makes for soft warriors.
Besides, we already know who can be the Aesir (thanks to the tale of the Ragnarok), and I can assure you that the Olympians weren't part of it.
Really, Thor, Tyr, and Odin could probably take out all of the Olympians combined (the strongest god ever, the bravest god ever, and the smartest god ever, vs... what? the randiest gods ever?!)

The Norse gods (of the German tribes), since they were a warrior nation who lived for war. The Greek gods on the other hand lived in civilised comfort and almost a perpetual state of peace.
As for the historical civilisations of these two gods, the Romans didn''t have much trouble conquering the ever-bickering Greeks, but the warlike Germans (=the Norse) were a constant thorn in their side who they never managed to beat.

I bet for the Greek Gods .
They are very strong, with knowledge.
They were many gods in Greek mythology, only the Oceanids were 3000, Potamoi 3000, Nereids 50. Hecantocheires the three fifty-headed, hundred handed gods of violent storms etc.
Aphrodite would make the enemies to fall in love and forget the battle, Eris (Discord) would make them to fight each other etc.
Athena, goddess of wisdom and the art of war is powerful, as Poseidon, Hera and all Olympians. Apollo with his oracle powers, Artemis who rules wildlife, god Hypnos(sleep), Sirens (nobody can resist in their song), Hephaestus with his unstoppable fire and his automatons. Medusa, Hercules, Helios, Selene, Nymphs, Fates, Furies ......it's hard to end the list. And of course Zeus. Who can win all of these ?
No one , except the Only True GOD ! :)

my guess would definitely be the Norse Gods. I mean, sure, Zues and some of the other Greek Gods were pretty tough, but you can't get much tougher than a Viking. Seriously. Think about it.

Neither. Rather the Persian God: Ahura Mazda
He's all-powerful, immortal, unstoppable and doesn't need weapons. He'd just will it and the Greeks and Norse guys will just disappear into dust! Sorry mate... but Persia rules!

I would bet on Greek gods.
1) Greek gods were immortal (yet fighting skill matters: Thor would keep bashing Aphrodites without problems, but he can't kill her).
2) Norse gods were unlucky and doomed.
They can not hepl from bringing on others and themselves bad events

Neither, so they'd call it a draw and all go out for some good cups of mead and tell war stories all night long.
