There is a plug in piece that has a rattle sound when the engine is running. It is next to the radiator and attached to the truck frame tucked under the bend where the hood shuts. Does anyone know that is?

UCANTCME- Hi there are you saying it could be 1 of these five things? And you're right, the light assy and wire for are there also. The truck is 1987 Ford Econoline, has sguare headlights if that helps. Too bad you don't allow e-mail

IF I UNDERSTAND YOU CORRECTLY YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT ONE SIDE OF A PLUG ASSEMBLY???

IF SO OKAY, ON THAT SIDE ON THE ENGINE YOU WILL HAVE AND IT COULD BE DIFFERENT BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE THE YEAR BUT ANYWAY A EGR VACUUM REGULATOR SOLENOID, A TFI IGNITION MODULE, A VIP TEST CONNECTOR AND A DSS TEST CONNECTOR.

EVERYTHING ELSE IN THAT LOCATION SHOULD BE FOR THE LIGHTS FOR THAT SIDE.

I HOPE THAT THIS HELPS YOU.
