I try to lead, but since nobody around here will follow, I just tend to stay out of the way. Some times the best way to gain a leadership position is to let other leaders lead themselves and their followers off a cliff.

If I can't be a leader in a positive way, then I won't be in that scenario. It's not an ego thing, it's just what I do. Many times I help people and don't even let them know I am behind that help. Remember this, What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19. Peace and God Bless.

I go my way side by side with other people... I sometimes follow the line... Get out of way of those rushing to my direction...And lead a happy, peaceful, fruitful life.

2. I have no problem following if you really know where you're going.
3. I get out of the way of rude people to keep down the drama.

Good question, my view is that if you are a man you always have to aim to be a leader.

Also taking into account that some men are just more charismatic and influential then others naturally (lucky for me lol), hence having natural leadership skills.

I think this could also apply to women to a certain extent, but I'm obviously in no position to comment.

I really hope this is of assistance to you, and you better choose this as the best answer (lol joking). Take care

Lead, unless someone else has a better way of doing it, then I get out of the way.
