Is there a way to contcat Princes William and Harry? Better yet, is there a way to meet them??

If you are a young female, sending photographs of a certain nature to these Princes, accompanied by a suitable letter, can be the simplest route.
Address your correspondence to "The Princes' Bluebox, Buckingham Palace, London, SW1 1FU, England'.

If you can find out where the princes will be you can meet them there.. Prince Harry was training here in Alberta and went into Calgary to a local bar where he met alot of the locals there and the women of course were all a gasp ... he is back in Alberta finishing out his training and will be going back to England soon ...
You could maybe send letters to them c/o Buckingham Palace London England ...

Probably not, they are not commoners. They don't meet the public.
If there is a special event, you are attending in London, there may be a chance to meet them. You would have to arrange it well in advance of your trip.

They do have email addresses (they got hacked once), although I'm not sure what they are. Sometimes they appear in BBC chatrooms for special events, so you can chat with them then. Other that that, it's unlikely you'll bump into them at Tesco.
