I tweeze my eyebrows regularly, but I really want to change the shape of my eyebrows, so how long will it take for my eyebrow hair to grow back fully and completely so that it is ready to be waxed into a new and different shape?

Sometimes they never grow back. I had a brow waxing done 6 years ago and seems I'm stuck with their current shape. But then, I'm 48 so maybe it's due to old age.

It's different for everybody. The more you wax or pluck hair, the thinner it will eventually grow back. I've been waxing/plucking my eyebrows for 10 years and when I decided to try a new shape, I couldn't because I had spots where the hair wasn't growing back thick enough. The time that it takes for your hair to fully grow back will be different from the time that it might take me or someone elses to. My eyebrow hair grows really quickly. I'd give yourself a month or two and see how it goes. Good luck.

64 days - so don't pluck your brows for about 2 months. You can tweeze obvious strays but leave the main part of the brow alone. Use clear brow gel to keep your brows neat.

"It takes about 64 days for eyebrow hair to grow in after it is plucked. However, the length of time can be longer if the hair or hairs you want to grow back are in their resting phase. " http://cosmeticscop.com/learn/makeup.asp?ID=175

I just started growing my brows out at the beginning of the summer, and now they are as full as when I was young, before I started plucking.
However, if two months is too long for you to wait, there are many new formulas that cater specifically for brow hair and promise growth and fullness. One of them is NuBrow Brow Enhancing Serum by Anastasia Beverly Hills. I've never tried it, but it's supposed to work well.
Good luck!

About 2-3 weeks for real growth after regular tweezing.

A reshaping might take more time.
