I am from Pangasinan and my aunt lives in Alaminos. I usually go there often. Their main dialect there is called Pangasinan also. But there are some who speak Ilocano. Majority is still Pangasinan. I hope I was able to help you Faith. Goodluck!!!!

the local dialects in Alaminos City, Pangasinan are panggalatok and ilocano.
There are places with panggalatok speaking people and there are places that speak ilocano.

In Pangasinan- the dialects spoken are Pangasinense, Ilokano, and Bolinoa


In Alaminos, city- it would be probably most Pangasinense and some Ilokano...

i worked and lived in alaminos for quite a while. their major dialect is ilocano. but some speak pangasinense or panggalatok. and of course everyone knows tagalog.so as long as you know the national language, you have nothing to worry about.
are you gonna visit the hundred islands?
