No.
We must remember that whatever the advertised agenda is, that is NEVER the real agenda. No matter what you believe about the terrorist attacks of 911, you must see the obvious secrecy and collusion between current administration officials. Anything they broadcast about their intentions is ALWAYS a LIE.
Even if it were true that we were in danger of continued attacks on US soil, breaking international law, violating human rights and raping the greatest ideals of Western civilization are NEVER justifiable.
Making war only makes more enemies, so war is not the answer.
Fair laws that are justly and equally applied bring justice. Torture is the opposite of justice.
All peoples of every race, creed and philosophy crave fairness and freedom. ANy policy or action that opposes fairness or freedom violates that basic human instinct.
All the actions of the current administration are unforgivable crimes against humanity. They must be prosecuted and convicted, not merely impeached. The American people must wake up from their fast food slumber. They must shake their heads in horror at the atrocities being commited in America's name.
For the US flag to hold the proper meaning and reverence that America's patriots fought and died for, those who enjoy the living breath of freedom must also fight to preserve the constitution and the highest human ideals it represents.
There is already abundant evidence to support impeachment of every key official currently in office. Once we escape the strangle hold the white house propaganda machine has on reason, we can demand real news, real investigation and real justice.
If good loyal Americans truly are afraid of terrorism, tyranny and evil, then they must act on these words...
Impeach. Prosecute. Convict. Punish.

in a time of war, surveillance of the enemy does not require a warrant.
invading Iraq was a national decision, endorsed by the UN and most other nations. You just don't like that it wasn't over in video game time.
torture? sorry...the left's description of things "tantamount to torture" is not torture.
I've asked you time and again to cite a constitutional breech...you can't.

No. It only justifies the mountain of disdain and disgust that many, such as myself, hold for the current president.
His blunders insures that the US will suffer yet another horrific attack. He cut and ran from Afghanistan before completing the job. His death and carnage in Iraq has only served to inflame those who were not a part of any terrorists group. By deposing Saddam, he has unshackled their mortal enemy, Iran.

Unlike you, most sane people would think that taking steps to prevent terrorist attacks would be a good thing.

Yes. I heard that they're listening in on your phone calls and they're almost as boring as this question.
