It's about this man who wasn't treated well when he was a baby, so when he grew up and became a man, he wanted to be like a baby. He got all the baby junk (bed, teddy bears, bottle, etc.) to be his size and even got a baby-sitter. Whoever answers the first CORRECT answer gets 10 points.

I am pretty sure that was a CSI episode. I can't see this being a very successful plot for a show on it's own. CSI Crime Scene Investigation.
