How can i make a picture like a cartoon ?

my friend made me one.. but i cant figure out howto do it myself.. is there somthin i can download r a good website for it? .. i dont want one like black and white..the pictre still looks like me but its not the exact picture ? can ne one help?

Go to www.kodak.com and download "easy share". I have it and it will turn any photo into a cartoon.

Have you tried Rum & Coke, or even Tequila???
