if you only had say $60.00 left and had planed on using it for food or something and a bill came in the mail that you had to pay, would you pay the bill or get the food?

i would send the bill part of your sixty dollars with a letter explaining the problem, then i would take the rest and buy food to get you thru till the next chump change comes in. buy your food very sensible, it has to last you...no junk

this senario is very familiar to me. it depends on when i will have my next money coming in to determine what i will spend it on. im a waitress so my income is rather unpredictable. i do have some kind of foods in my home to get by on plus i work at a restaurant and can have a free meal there and that has gotten me by often. so to answer your question, sometimes the bill wins, sometimes the groceries win
