how do you successfully appeal a stay at the county court on bank charges?

i am about go go to court over a second amount of charges since the bank was late in giving information to me and now since the banks are being taken to court they will apply for a stay order so how do i appeal it and what do i do since i will be doing it on line. any help would be most helpfull ta

All Bank Charges court cases are 'on hold' whilst the Ombudsman tries their own case.

Last I heard, the Ombudsman 'estimates' it will take 'up to a year' .. needless to say, if the Banks have their way, it will never come to trial :-)
