the spark plug is correct and good, the gas is on and new, the battery is fully charged, i have to keep kicking it and it just sounds like it bogs out and dies, after a while it starts and runs good, it has to be really warm to start easily.

assuming ur bike is carb fed,overhaul the carburettor.set the valves perfectly(if its a 4-stroke motor) n also set timing. always use choke to start ur bike .let it idle for a few minutes after starting.

Sounds like your carbs are mucky. Easy enough job to remove and clean them, give the jets a clean while you're there too and you might want to get them balanced while you're at it. Also check for air leaks between the carbs and engine manifold. And make sure your air filter is clean. You might want to try a carb cleaner spray but there's no substiute for a good strip and clean.

Those mopeds go through cylinders, pistons and rings like once a year.
Remove the cylinder head and take a look.
Also the mufflers clog up easily.

Loose steering bearings, worn wheel bearings, loose spokes, worn tires, or untrue wheels can all cause that symptom.
