I believe you're referring to the movie "Capricorn One;" the destination in question is Mars, rather than the moon, though. I don't think Drama Cat, above, read your entire question ;-)

I recall the movie (the scene) sorta
could be
the man on the moon
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0125664/
seems like it also might have been a comedy in the later 80s early 90s. Somewhere in the movie some people are chasing each other through the sets in holywood, ruining many different camera shots.
like naked gun or something
thats why we call her drama
oh wait, the goverment is involved? well, I'm not sure. rings a bell though

one million. there have been six moon landings, no longer one. 2. it somewhat is like asking if there are any video clips that educate D-Day replaced into pretend. 3. there are a number of motives given for suggesting "it" replaced into faked. all of them are rubbish, and that i mean you will discover with the aid of them with some seconds' concept. 4. yet i do no longer would desire to try this for you, for the reason which you will understand that the only clincher is that it would be no longer possible for a secret that enormous to be saved secret. think of approximately it. EDIT: it is circumstances like this that I wish a number of those "questions" must be examine lower back to their askers on their thirtieth birthday.

It wasn't fake! Back then they didn't have that supplies to make a movie like that.
If you look at the moon with a telescope strong enough. You can SEE the lunar landing gear left.
