Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

Doctors usually say that exercise helps arthritis. I would not worry about it until you start getting older. I have had arthritis for about 10 years. It does not affect my doing anything. The only reason you would worry is if you develop other things like degenerative disc disease, pinched nerves, etc.

anti-inflamatory nutrients are very good for rhumatoid arthritis especially - MSM, glucosamine, chontroitin sulphate, calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin C as a catalyst for the others to absorb more easily). . Eat five or more times the amount suggested. Buy them in bulk. I suggest on-line sources, not the health food stores - which are too expensive.

im 22 i also have arthritis for 3 months now, still im into boxing, i train everyday, my right foot is always killing me, but i don't take pain killers, i cant recommend you any medicine for it because i don't drink any, and im not sure if its ok to drink pain killers everyday, try researching about "gout" and you'll see what food triggers those pain and what you should and shouldn't eat....
i kind of like to fight fire with fire, it works for me that way... maybe if that pain is really stopping you from doing your sports, maybe you should ask your doctor and seek medical advice =)

All the worry in the world never changed one thing. If you are having a problem go to the doctor and let him check it out.
