I'm doing this until around march. But I was wondering how many pounds I can lose in a month if I have around 300-800 calories a day, and workout for about 3 hours a day...

Eating 300 - 800 calories a day and working out 3 hours a day will do more harm than good. You need calories or your muscles will not have any energy to burn during your workouts. You can get by with an hour a day of working out, and eat 5-6 small meals a day. I averaged 20 pounds a month loss by doing that.

You can healthily lose up to 8 lbs. Anymore than that and you're likely to lose muscle mass, which is definitely not good. The heavier you are right now, the more dramatic your weight loss will be... even in just a month. However, if you're quite slender or at an average weight it's harder to lose weight, even just 5 lbs. It takes serious HONEST effort, and trust me, if you eat only 300 calories a day and workout for 3 hours you'll end up in the hospital for exhaustion, or something even more serious. Also, if you do it like that you'll damage your body, your metabolism and you have a 95% chance of gaining the weight back.

I think you need to learn the basics about nutrition, exercise and the human body in general before you even begin to lose weight, because you have very unreasonable/unhealthy goals.

Good luck!

First off, you should be consuming more caloires if you are working out 3 hours a day. Your body needs the calories. A more realistic approach is no less than 1000 calores a day and work out 1 1/2 hours a day. You don't want to loose weight the wrong way, b/c you'll put it all back on the second you eat a slice of pizza or a scoop od ice cream.

YOU NEED TO EAT!
That is considered starving yourself.
And that is not good.
And anyways, if you lose 20 or 30 pounds in a month, you WILL gain it all back.
I'm also on a diet and I'm losing 5 pounds a month.
But I am keeping it off.
I'm not gaining any weight after I lose it.
You can get really sick from what you are doing.
I eat about 1100 calories to 1500 calories each day and it keeps me healthy and filled up.

you need to consume a MINIMUM of 1200 calories!!! If you have any less, you cannot function and you are putting your health and life at risk. Eating less will put your body into starvation mode!!!

If you're going to exercise that much, I would suggest eating 1500 calories!

what kind of exercise?

Check with your dietican to help you reach your goal or research via internet. Typically, a healthy goal would be to lose 2 pounds a week, 8 a month.

So don't eat almost nothing and seek medical attention. Believe in yourself and take care of yourself!
good luck =)

I'd have to know your weight and age first, but if you eat that little food you'll make yourself sick! I'll ballpark it at about 12 pounds, though. (assuming you burn 1500 calories more than you eat each day). In a healthy diet you should burn 500 calories more than you eat and lose a pound a week. Essentially, you will lose one pound for each 3500 calories you burn that is not replaced by food.

It depends on your starting weight. But you will actually lose weight faster if you take in 1000 calories a day.
