They would charge you by the hour for the work done. So take what the shop rate is per hour and find out what the book hours are for the jobs that you want done and that will give you the average cost for the repairs.

Take the rims to a discount tire store and ask the price, mine only charges $5 to dismount and mount.

Rate for labor varies with shop and mechanic, I use a neighborhood guy who only charges $25 hourly, but some shops in town charge over $50 hourly...
