Guys we have about 50 pc's here and
need a program that monitors the traffic (all the IP addresses) on my network and lets me know which machine the IP addresses belong to and where these IP addresses been on the Internet. Do you know such a good program? I need it because the people here are being a bit naughty.

I use WireShark (formerly Ethereal) all the time.

and if you can afford to spend a little,
Distinct Network Monitor is my favorite
