The second one is more fashionable, where as the first one is always a safe bet. But shorts are hot right now. I'd go with the shorts, they are sexy and hot, and yet you don't have to worry so much when you need to bend over.

I would go with the shorts. Wear them with some long tanks a few of them! Bold bright colors. With some long necklaces and some wedge heels~ How cute!
