Cardinal flower (Lobelia cardinalis) a bog plant by nature should be found at any local garden center that has good a supply of pond or water plants.

Call your local garden centers and greenhouses and ask for lobelias. I'm in NW OH, and every one I went to had them. Lowes is a hardware store, not a garden center.

I've never seen them there. A good source for perennials is Bluestone Perennials. They're on the web.
