Do you have any idea where I can purchase new amusement park rides?

It depends on the coaster, but most run in upwards of several millions. Maverick at Cedar Point cost $21 million, while Mantis ran $12 million, and Mean Streak $7.5 million.
I don't know of any sites to buy NEW coasters at, but there is a site that sells USED rides, but I can't find the name of it at this time.

they cost multi-millions. That's why most parks only get one every 2-3 years.

in the game when u r playing rollercoter in the research you have to spend more money for research, when research going fast u will get new rollercosters u have to spend more than 400$ per month for fast research.
