A better question would be "why would I want to do this?" The Queen (or her staff) undoubtedly did extensive research into Diana's family history before she married Chuckie, and thus probably already knows who her cousins are.

If that is the case, the Royal family hav nothing to do with Diana any longer.
I would write Earl Spencer, brother of the late Princess Diana.

Its pasr-tense, Dianna was not connected to the royal family at the time of her death. You may get a bill in the return mail for some unresolved financial issue so proceed at your own risk.
