What is the worse thing you have seen an employee do on the job??

a woman was fired once on my job and before she left to say goodbye she called all the manager together mooned them gave them the finger then walked out of the door. what is the worse thing you have seen??

I saw the manager of Burlington Coat Factory come out of the stock room with the maintenance man, and she was buttoning her blouse, while he was wiping sweat off his forehead.

At a factory I once worked at a new employee, female, decided that she was going to do her boss on one of the pieces of machinery in the back of the building. They got caught when the security guard came through on his rounds and were fired the next evening. Before the young lady, and I use that term very loosely, left the building she snuck into the plant managers office and shat into 2 of his desk drawers. Once again, she was caught, this time on video camera, and was arrested for breaking and entering and performing lude acts.

My mom owned a restaurant.. I needed to get off work early that day, and ever so careful that none of the other workers thought I got special treatment, I went in early.. I was in the backroom peeling potatoes when the cook came in... she apparently didn't know I was there. After some time of preparing the day's lunch, some type of soup, I began hearing the sound of someone "clearing their throat and spitting".. I leaned around the doorway, I saw, much to my surprise, over and over, the lady cleared her throat and spit it into the soup, then she'd keep humming and stir some more... LOL.. Needless to say, sandwiches replaced the soup lunch special and the lady no longer had a job!

A female friend of mine worked at a parts warehouse and was constantly harassed. When she quit, she went around and cut the bottom tape of a number of boxes containing nuts, bolts and screws. She figured about 50 or so. She heard from a former coworker how much mess there was for weeks after she quit from when people pulled the bulk boxes form the shelves and all the nuts and such fell all over the place..

I used to work with 2 chicks that stole personal checks from residents and also stole narcotics. They also got ahold of a resident's mail and sent off for a credit card in that resident's name and went on a shopping spree. VCR's, a fur coat and all kinds of other **** came up missing and those 2 would walk right out the front doors carrying boxes.

When my friend worked at a restaurant as a short-order cook, a customer was kind of needy and complaining about things and eventually made my friend mad by his demands and insults.

As a result, when the man ordered a steak my friend took it outside in back of the restaurant before cooking it and he urinated on the steak meat. Then according to him, he put it on the grill, cooked it, and allowed the server to present it to the customer who ate it unbeknowest to anyone except another employee, not me.

After the customer ate it he complimented my friend by saying it was the best steak he had ever eaten. (I don't think my friend is embellishing the story). Although I never saw this happen I was disappointed to hear about this when my friend told me because I never expected him to behave this way since he is usually pretty reasonable and has a very controlled temper. However, I never told him that because I don't want him upset at me for obvious reasons. (No, he doesn't treat me that way. We have a good relationship.).

Any way that's the worst thing that I know of happening at a workplace and I definitely don't support this type of behavior, which by the way I never worked at that place. My friend told me about this years after it actually happened and the restaurant closed.

I used to answer phones for the Carlton Sheets No Money Down Real estate program. They laid me off and tried making me sign a form so I couldn't collect unemployment, I refused and they started to walk me out. While I was walking through a room with about 100 people on the phone with customers I started screaming every nasty word you could possibly think of and went on to give my thoughts on the bosses, employees, carlton sheets, etc. Hopefully some people on the phones heard...lol

well i new a secruity guard that on his off time he was robbing the place, i also new a guy who was selling his boss weed when he quit selling him weed the boss fired him and didnt pay him his last check so the guy put a realy long firecracker fuse in his bossess work truck and blow it up, these guys where standing around on one of our brakes and they where all smokeing weed and i was offerd but turned it down , a little while later i come walking around a big foundation wall to watch a man hole start rolling down the hill and throw the trees and then out of site well long store short it landed on a porche and took out half of a house cost the comp. about 200,000 it was the same guys that where smokeing the weed they forgot to check a clives for titeness. another time a opperator snitched on a pipelayer for doing drugs on job at lunch time the pipelayer fallowed the operater to local burger jiont and acidantly killed him getting in a fight

But in answer to your question, I worked in a nursing home once and saw witnessed another employee strike a patient. It was horrible and she was fired and rehired by the same company after I left.

I've seen people steal supplies, and witnessed a fellow worker who would go into the lady's room and sleep in one of the bathroom stalls for hours.
