I got a new computer today and I can't seem to change the font size to be a bit bigger. Its so small that I have to look closer to the screen and my eyes hurt lol I tried to change it but nothing is working.

Try to reset the resolution:

right-click on the desktop
click Properties
click Settings
on the bottom-right where it says "screen area" -- carefully, slowly drag the slider to the right until you see 1024 x 768. That's pretty much the norm.

If that doesn't do it, again on the Settings tab, on the lower right, click "advanced"
for "display font size" I have mine set to Small which is "normal"

If you mean the system fonts like the taskbar and such,

Right click the desktop > properties > settings tab > advanced button > general tab.

You will now have an option to change to a larger DPI.
If that does not work, then you may have to lower your resolution until you are comfortable with the settings.
