Churchill ordered the Britsih Army to come up with a plan to attack the Soviet Union at the end of the war in Europe. It was called "Operation Unthinkable"
The majority of the operation would have consisted of American and British forces, but would also would have entailed the use of up to 100,000 surrendered German soldiers. The plan was rejected by the British Chiefs of Staff Committee as militarily unfeasible and was never carried out.

Nah - - - Churchill was not that 'wacked' out and besides he was no longer in power!!!
Yes in true British Fashion, for his Efforts to lead Britain to Victory Winton Churchill was kicked in the hind-quarters and sent packing in July 1945.

""""""""1945: Churchill loses general election
Clement Attlee has been elected Britain's new prime minister after Labour won a sweeping victory in the general election.
The outgoing prime minister and great wartime leader Winston Churchill tendered his resignation immediately. """"
AND Churchill did not think all that much about the Wehrmarcht, if he harbored ills thoughts against Russia he would have preffered British Leadership and British and UK and American Troops. And Churchill was not close to Patton, thought that Patton was not respectful enough toward British Commanders.
As fpr Patton, that was the booze talking. A few belts of Scotch and Patton would say whatever he thought would entertain & amuse those in the room. Patton hated not having a war to fight and fighting the Soviets was not a bad notion and yes Patton did admire the Germans he had fought & beaten imagining they would serve well under his leadership. But he didn't much care for Churchill or any of the Brits and would not have wanted British troops to get in the way. But beyond drunken musings Patton never made plans against Soviet Russia. And if the Russians had taken Patton out for a few more drinks he might have gotten to like them.

I don't think Churchill did, certainly never heard that before, but there is a persistent story that Patton had started training & organising former German soldiers (mainly SS) to fight the Russians.
The unusual circumstances of Patton's death and burial support the idea that something odd was going on (he's the only US general buried overseas).

Did you make this stuff up? You certainly didn't get it from any knowledgable source on WW2.
I have NEVER heard that and I don't see how it could have even a drop of truth since the Wehrmacht was totally destroyed by the end of the war and there was nothing left that Churchill could have used to attack Russia. Churchill hated Stalin and the feeling was mutual, but that was about as far as it went.
Patton didn't like or trust Stalin but he wasn't in any position to attack anyone at the end of the war for political reasons if nothing else.
Like I said... whoever said what you quoted, didn't know what they were talking about.
