there was alawsuit about this type of deal about 5-7 years ago.the bar was found to have served the person too much.they said the bar tender should have stopped serving the individual.i am very sorry but i can not remember the particulars.retired texas deputy sheriff

No, that's in California, and many other states.

Yes they can be. That doesn't mean you'll win. It's about 50/50.
