Image Tags....?

Question

Can someone make me an image tag (a bunch of picures put into one with quotes/text) if I provide the images and words?? I think it requires something like photoshop, and I don't have it, so...yeah.

You can use the "paint" program on windows to do this. Just write some words in the font you want in textpad and copy the words and paste them into the paint program (using the transparency option) This will put the words on the picture.
