Make me look prettier?

First of all I think you ARE pretty but
Curl your eyelashes wear a bit of Black liner
Mascara
Wear layering shirts
Girl it doesn't matter If your small Love the way you are !
And wear a little bit of light blue eye shadow

play up you eyes!!! make up does wonders. You look a little flushed in your pic so use bronzer or if you dont wanna be too dramatic use blush. I love bronzer though cause it gives you a healthy sun kissed glow.
do not go more blonde. you'll just look like a ghost.
you hair is in desperate need of help but you should go to a great salon and have them do something hot but simple (with some volume and shine.
in the future let you hair grow a little and get some side swep bangs or something.
your eyebrows need grooming. get them waxed or plucked by a professional
PS. if you're not experienced at doing your own make up, get someone who is to do it, otherwise you run the risk of looking like a drag queen. Oh and ask them to do that makeup technique where they make you nose look a little thinner by highlighting the brigde of your nose and shading the sides.

Definitely cut long, side swept bangs. Use a tinted moisturizer that matches your skin. Add a small amount of bronzer to your cheeks. Shape your eyebrows professionally. Try a shimmery grey shadow and a charcoal colored eyeliner. Curl your lashes and put on a couple coats of black mascara. Stick with light pink gloss so the attention is directed to your pretty eyes.

do something with your hair, it is to flat for your face shape. try curling it and using some volumizer, BIG SEXY HAIR 'BACKCOMB IN A BOTTLE" works great!!! also for makeup maybe a little blush, shimmery eyeshadow, and some black mascara and lipgloss is wonderful. it wont make it look like you are teying to hard to look different but will give you a polished look. wear a solid color shirt, something that is just a little lower cut, maybe a v neck i think would compliment you more than your striped t....have fun and play dress up!!!

Try using a bronzer and a little bit of blush. And if you want try some mascara, i'd recomend lash exact from covergirl. Your hair is already pretty blonde so maybe try some low lights.

DONT wear lip stick! i mean just put like a light pink lip gloss um a little bit of blush um mascara and dont forget to curl your eyelashes also get some bangs to the right side like this:

First of all, cut and dye your hair.
Second, Smile.
Third, wear pink instead of blue and white stripes (Personally I like blue, but not with white stripes, these days.).
Fourth, only pose for photos when not feeling sad or grumpy.
