This year I'll be graduating and I want to become a head chef. I want to go to California Culinary Academy, but first I want to go to college. Is there any majors that will benefit me for being a head chef?

Business Management or Administration would be the best bet. You won't be interested too much in nutritional information in a career as a chef, unless you decide to work in a medicinal capacity.
