ok, so heres the deal...i have this friend. we havent exactly met [long story--friends sister], but we are trying to hang out and i think she keeps making excuses not to. she says she really wants to cuz i asked her but like i told her what are you doing sunday? and she says idk so i was like maybe we can chill then she was like idk what i am doing. then i was like ok thats fine. are you hanging out with anyone then and she was like no and then she sent a message well yes i am. and it was the kind of like a studar. its like why can't she save a day for me. i asked before those other people asked. then i asked her which rink she was skating at cuz i told her i was going to this other one and she told me it was the one i wasn't going to. and she was for sure the times we were going. then i told her my friends wanted to go to the one shes at and she asked the time. then i told her, then she was like then maybe i won't be there....what does this meann?? should i just ignore her?

she does not want to be your friend at all which is soo mean cause you sound super nice. totally ignore her she isnt making time for you so you shouldn't waste yours trying to make time for her. she sounds like she just can't turn someone down or be the one who says well i just dont like you that much i'm sorry instead she just makes up excuses which is the worst. my advice is to just leave her like dust in the wind hun! :]

It sounds as if she's more of a friend to your sister and doesn't know how to tell you that she doesn't want to hang out. Stop asking her to do things with you, you've done enough let her make the plans next time.

I think your freind has told her sister something that makes her not to want to be with you for some reason. Might be something derogatory or she might just be pretending to like
you. Just lay off of her for a while say like a month.
