No, I didn't hear about that.

How Horrible.. I am disgusted..

Unfortunately the Government cant watch every family.

I think it is part of the communities responsibility to help protect our children.. Neighbors, family, friends tend to ignore signs of child abuse and don't report it to the authorities until it is to late.

People need to turn people in before its to late..

Then again, some people abuse their children behind closed doors and nobody knows. Its sad that an Innocent child is being abused and in no way can get protection.

Then the Government has told kids in Schools, church, etc. That if you are being abused to report it to anyone, Counselors, family, friends, etc.
Then some of those kids get mad at their parents for REGULAR discipline and abuse the system..
I have actually had my neighbors kid call the police because he felt he was being abused. He was being naughty and got punished (grounded). The Police came to her house and she had to explain the circumstances and the kid ended up getting scolded by the officer.

So now it is harder for Police to know when its REAL abuse or a kid being a brat.

But at least they are taking the calls seriously.
Just seems like the ones that are (REALLY) getting abused slip thru the system... They are the ones that need help..
