I think I'm addicted to fast food. It reminds me of people with smoking problems. If I'm on my way to get it, I think about how I'll regret it later, but I still eat it! Could I be addicted to it? How could I try not to?

Well its easy to stop and eat out especially if u are on the go . Try making whatever u crave at home thats what I do If I feel like burgers and curly fires I go get a bag of angus patties and a bag of curly fries and we bake the fries I know what u mean I have the same problem but its so bad for our health it takes 8 hrs for a fast food burger to digest. Just think of all the fat it contains and try to make it at home Good luck hope I helped

Sadly, many of us do have a desire to eat food. Often on a daily basis. I never kicked the habit.
The fact is fast food is addictive because it is fatty and quick and cheap and, sigh, tastes good too. Where else can you get a deep fried chicken sandwich, a side of fries, and a 69 cent 55 gallon cup of soda but at Mac's. It often seems to be as cheap to buy it out than make it at home. It sure is easier. I limit my fast food take to once a week, or less. It can be addictive.
