Get some cheese cloth from the grocery store... Cut it into 4-5 inch circles.. Layer a couple together and fill with about 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda.... Tie with string/ribbon and place in stinky shoes..... You may have to change it every couple weeks or so.... You can even put a few drops of essential oils in the baking soda to make it smell less stinky, more pretty... ! Good luck

Take an old, fine gage sock. (or two layers of old nylons). Fill it with baking soda and put a knot in the cuff. Stuff it in the shoes when you're not using it. Keep it there. If the sock gets stinky, dump out the baking soda, wash and do it again. Works for stinky sneakers too.

I tried a mix in small spray bottle of hydrogen peroxide and water... spray the inside of your shoes and use a clean cloth to remove the bubbly crud. Continue the process until it stops foaming/bubbling. My shoes are drying in front of a small fan but I could already tell the smell is gone! (:

I snuk a pair of Odor Eaters in my Friends shoes and haven't seen him since. Spray them out with Lysol or dust them out with foot powder. maybe put them under a black light for a day or two. The light will kill some bac.

There are several different powders and etc. at the supermarkets. I have used the powders in walking and working shoes and it keeps the odours from coming back. I used it each time I took off the shoes:

i danced for years so i know how bad they get. its the bacteria and sweat that makes them bad, try a foot odour powder, and air them out after use. when using them in the future try to wear small socketts so u can wash them and not have the smell in the shoes. they need airing regularly.
