Unless you can both start and stop time you are in a horrible predicament. At the moment you stop time you will cease to exist to all who abide in time. When you die, I would assume time would start again and no one would know why various things happened.

If I could stop time, I would remove all weapons more lethal than a sword, knife, or spear, before allowing time to start again. That includes chemical weapons. 2nd choice would be to stop time for all victims of terminal diseases until cures were found. 3d selfish choice would be to stop time so I wouldn't age anymore until a trustworthy man came into my life, not into my house!

This is assuming that surveillance devices do not function and no one would perceive my passage as long as I had time stopped?
I get a single dollar from every till I could get to. It wouldn't add up to very much as I can't move very quickly, but, as its only a single dollar per register, it would be chalked up to error and no one would get in trouble.

If I could stop time for everyone except myself, I would be constantly researching and investigating to learn who is acting morally and immorally in all of the world's conflicts and injustices. I would lay out indisputable evidence for all the world to see, and thereby embarrass and disarm the evil-doers.

I would just enjoy life...because it seems to be trying to pass me by, but I am putting up one hell of a fight....lol
