For you to learn of what I do for a living requires you to let me say it in honesty and frankness... alright? Ok, here goes: I am a cashier in a major retail store, and though I'm a cashier I'm supposed to know the price of every freakin' item in the store! I'm also supposed to know certain competitor locations and the like and give the directions and hours... uh possibly! I'm supposed to wait on customers hand and foot like I'm their personal slave to immediately respond to their beck and call and do what is "required" of me. Though I've worked for this company for years when I inform a customer of how things are... I'm seen as a liar and am obviously hiding the truth from them. I am supposed to take coupons for items that they did not correcty get in size and quantity or if they're even expired. Customers feel it's their Fifth Amendment right to get out of the store faster than a speeding bullet no matter how long the lines are, and I'm supposed to serve it with a smile. So instead of being a HUMAN BEING, I am upon crossing the threshhold of the store a ROBOT or slave... with no feelings, issues, concerns and the like. I guess I should quit venting huh? Sorry... but I was given the opportunity.

I'm a Tram driver / narrator taking about 50 people at a time on a 75 minute, 7 mile drive through Yosemites Mariposa grove of giant Sequoias. I know, it's a dirty job, but somebody has to do it. I do this from about May through Sept. The rest of the year, I do legal video, and forensic photography.

Pharmaceutical research & development. It's a lot of paper work, pre & post FDA approval paperwork, tracking of patients, drug studies, endless spreadsheets, etc. It's very interesting but I work all the time, from home so it's not all bad. I do work 7 days a week.
