try drinking a soda or something with caffeine in it that should help. Medicine like excedrine contains caffeine because it relaxes smooth muscle and acts as a vasodilator which will help reduce blood pressure (to a certain degree) and help with the pressure in your head thats causing the migraine

There are a couple things you can do. My husband is a regular sufferer of migranes and this is what I do for him. First drink a strong coffee...the caffiene in the coffe helps relax and open the tight cappalaries in the head. Also getting a washcloth wet, make it hot..warm it in the microwave so it is as hot as you can stand it. Put it right on your forhead and over your eyes. Keep repeating keeping the heat on your head for about 20 minutes. If it hasn't started letting up then do cold and hot switch. This really helps, but it is a bit more uncomfortable. Do hot as you can stand it and then when that starts to cool off do an ice pack for 3 minutes then switch to hot, and back and forth.
You can also take a really hot shower. That sometimes works for my husband also.
These will either completly take it away or at least take it from a migrane to just a bareable headache.

The first answerer, Mimi, is completly correct if you don't have any meds in the house. Being on the computer will agrivate it more. Try reading a book or playing with a pet or listening to music. I find distracting myself kills my migranes the quickest. If you ask this in the Health catergory you may get better answers. Try to distract yourself by doing something that you like or something complex. Good luck to you.

well u could call into ur docs office and ask for an emergency script of imitrex for a migrane if not, get off the computer first. second get some ice water to drink, you could be very dehydreated. if you not take some advil of tylenol. turn off all lights tvs and anything else with brightness or sound that could drain on ur ears. then ice on ur head. lie down on a slightly elevated pillow to keep blood flow to ur brain good, dont lie down flat b.c u could sit up fast and make ur headache worse. then go to sleep. if u have ur migrane 2morrow go to the doctor/hospital and get some help. try to relax also u could be stressed. good luck!!
