Sir, I'm off duty. My shift dosen't start until 1200.
But if you must know sir, it's a civilion outfit I brought with me from earth.
As it is 0921, I shall put on my uniform before my shift

but you are not the commander, you are the Captain!
Therefore you order, not command. In off duty hours uniforms
are not required, but I was cold and had no off duty jacket,
