I'm not familiar with the City ZX except from what I saw from Honda's website. Almost all hondas are the same when it comes to that filter. The air conditioning filters are located behind the glove box in the black blower motor case.

If you open the glove box door you'll see that there are two rollers that hold the glove box in so that it doesn't open all the way down. Those rollers should just push in towards the sides of the instrument panel to release the glove box and allow it to drop down.

when the glove box is down, you'll be able to see the covers for the aircon filters. It will look like a black plastic door that is about 5" long and 3" high. That door will either slide in or pull out depending on the style. open the door and you'll be able to pull the air conditioning filters out. There are usually two filters; removing the first filter allows access to the second filter.

then after you replace the filters, reinstall the door or close the slider, put the glove box back in place and snap the rollers back into the sides of the glove box.

it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to change the filters.

hope that helps.
