At the same time, Bush invades Afghanistan and boots out the Taliban, the Islamic extremists who controlled that country and probably supported al-Qaeda.

the all automobile makers stop making new cars , they re-tool to make aircraft, tanks, jeeps trucks etc for war use, this is a decision on there own, and government buys all they manufacture.
