Its not a NJ meteor shower, its called the Perseids and is visible over the entire world (not just in Jersey).
The peak of this shower is Monday Aug 13 around 2:00 a.m. local time.

Around 3 to 4 A.M. If it isn't cloudy, you will see quite a show.
