I have 1995 Lumina, my brakes went and when I push the pedal I get zero feed back from the brakes and literally have to mash the pedal to the floor to get minimal stopping power, what do I need replaced?, also E-brake tension line hangs like a hammock.

Major fluid leak, DON'T DRIVE!!!!!!!!, Tow to shop.
Possible rear wheel cylinders, Hoses, popped caliper pistons or rusted through brake lines.

Faulty Master Cylinder maybe

You have a blown wheel cylinder or hose or steel line somewhere in the system. Or the master cylinder is leaking really bad. One way of the other you have a leak and need to get it repaired before you crash into someone or something.

Have you looked to see if you have any fluid in the master cylinder reservoir?
