Each has its advantages and dis-advantages.

What do you want to achieve and how much you willing to spend?
These two articals are a good place to start

I would also suggest you check out www.superchargerhelp.com there is a wealth of info there and lots of people who been there done that as far as power adders are concerned.

Add another vote for the supercharger. The turbos will run hotter since they are driven by the exhaust gases. They have a problem gunking up the oil at the turbo bearings. The oil gets charred and builds up in the line and finally blocks the oil line, then one day you say you have no boost. You clean out the gunk in the oil line and bang you have boost again, until the seal that you melted lets all your oil get sucked into the combustion chamber and you run out of oil, then the engine locks up and now you have no car until you get another engine. Seen that trick done before.

good luck.

supercharger, you do not have lag, easy to install and you dont have to cut the exhaust pipes.
