Maybe it is something from my childhood, but every time I hear the section of the William Tell Overture used in the beginning of the Lone Ranger TV show I used to get goosebumps too. And that was over 50 years ago.

Nocturne in C minor by Frederic chopin
Later performed by Wladslaw Szpilman
Released in the movie Soundtrack
"The pianist"
The thoughts and emotion associated with that song gives me chills, related to the movie and how it affected Szpilman's life and the jews during the holocaust
Painted black, by the rolling stones
That used to give me goosebumps, when the drums got louder at the begginning of the song after the guitar riff had played

Yes in fact i have sung songs to people that gave them goosebumps. It is a natural reaction to have but it depends on the emotions that you feel at the time. Being in a choir i often have people come up to me telling me that when we sang it gave them goosebumps. I could occur from the beauty of a song or because the melody of that song brings back strong memories.
