Well, at first I tried to solve this problem on my own and without help, but everything became even more serious. I was crying all the day, I couldn't sleep and eat anymore, I couldn't learn and concentrate, I was nervous and had terrible headaches, I couldn't find my place in this world, felt useless, stupid and lots of other things that I can't tell here. I realized that I need help and this way I talked with my parents. My mom took me to doctors and I started taking lots of medicines. It is very important to accept your problem and ask for help. You don't have to be ashamed by this, you will see that by talking with others about your problem, you will discover that many people around you were or are in the same situation, but didn't have the courage to ask for help..... I found out that many friends of mine have the same problem and after talking about these things realized they need help. It doesn't mean that everybody should find out about your problem; just act normally and don't hide your thoughts, feelings. You have to be optimistic, strong and willing to overcome this problem. I still have many difficult days, but I try to avoid thinking about my situation and to the things I like and which calm me down..... Try to be optimistic, don't think about sad things, forget the pain and do everything to feel comfortable in your own body even if your problems are not that serious.....oh, and music helps a lot too, as well as sports.... I know it's not easy, but you have to do this in order to feel better.

If it's an honest to god mental illness, seek help.
If not, then it's within your control.
