Yes, but not very many. Even though their offense looks great, it doesn't matter how many points you put up unless the defense steps up and makes plays, and their defense is not very good. They lost Dre Bly, Shaun Rogers is constantly getting hurt now, and Cory Redding is average at best. The only true playmaker on that defense was rookie sensation LB Ernie Sims, but even he can't make every single play.
Also, if you look at that offense, they still have some question marks on it. They can have all the receivers they want on the field, but the QB needs time to throw the football, and they did virtually nothing to improve a bad offensive line that gave up 62 sacks last season. Also, Jon Kitna will look (not BE) good this year because of all the weapons, but he still threw 22 INTs last year to 21 TDs, which is pretty standard in Mike Martz offense that can make any QB look good.
Long story short their offense will keep them in games and potentially win a few, but without a defense its very hard to win games unless your offense is completely stacked like the Colts, which theirs isn't. 3-13 in 2006 to 6-10 in 2007.
