Besides from Spock's ears, he is green in color. He has green blood and his heart is in the center of his body. He also has the ability to immobilize others by his neck pinch and it is difficult to overcome him in a fight. His weakness is Pan Far which is a mating ritual that occurs every 7 years, however he seems to be able to subdued that being a member of the United Federation of Planets. His success is his ability to overcome his weaknesses and using his logic prevails.

He was born from Gene Roddenberry's perversion and lack of understanding of Biology. I guess that's not unique. Belanna Torres and several other "hybrids" came from the same sort of stupidity. I guess that's what you get when every alien species you encounter is human, but with a latex appliance stuck on the nose or forehead or ears.

probable. curiously, Leonard Nemoy (aka Spock) became approached by way of the administrators of action picture star trek and asked to have surgical operation to have his ears look like that, instead of having to placed on the pretend ears. He mentioned no.

Those and his brows are the only visible ones but they always talk about having two hearts (I think they stole that from Dr Who). Since no one can see those hearts they could say anything they want in his description.
